Job Summary: We are seeking professional technicians with workshop experience, focused on precision, safety, and customer service, to perform diagnostics, suspension geometry correction, tire mounting, tire repair, and multi-brand preventive maintenance. Who We Are Looking For: We seek professional technicians with workshop experience, oriented toward technical precision, safety, and customer service. Main Responsibilities: Computerized Wheel Alignment and Balancing Perform suspension geometry diagnostics and corrections for cars and SUVs using technological equipment (3D wheel aligners). Tire Mounting Service Mounting, dismounting, and rotating tires of various sizes (including low-profile and Run-Flat technology), ensuring proper care of customers' rims. Tire Repair Diagnosing tire failures and punctures, and applying technical patches (cold and hot) according to safety standards. Suspension and Brake Inspection Visually and mechanically evaluating front and rear axle components to detect irregular wear and recommend additional services. Operational Maintenance Ensuring assigned machinery (tire changers, balancers, and wheel aligners) remains in proper working condition, clean, and correctly calibrated. Multi-Brand Preventive Maintenance: Efficiently performing engine, transmission, and differential oil changes, as well as filter replacements. Candidate Requirements: Education: Graduate technician in Automotive Mechanics or related field. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles, tire centers, or automotive workshops. Knowledge: Essential proficiency in tire wear pattern analysis and suspension diagnostics. Intermediate/advanced operation of computerized wheel aligners (3D technology) and balancers. Knowledge of tire patching techniques. Competencies: Honesty in diagnostics, orderliness, workplace cleanliness, and strong teamwork ability aligned with workshop objectives.
