




An important company is looking for a professional to fill the position of WAREHOUSE AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT at our branch in CHICLAYO, who meets the following profile: * Technical degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields * 02 years of experience in similar positions * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office * Inventory knowledge * Document management * CRM management knowledge RESPONSIBILITIES: * Dispatching products and sending shipments through agencies. * Recording customer opportunities in the CRM system managed by the administrator. * Following up on pending credit payments. * Assisting in managing the branch's inbound sales. * Executing banking operations and transactions for the branch. * Assisting in inventory preparation. * Assisting in invoice issuance. * Accompanying and/or conducting client visits for merchandising delivery, catalogs, and product promotion. * Identifying opportunities for improvement in administrative and warehouse processes.
