Material and equipment management with cost control **Position Profile: Civil Engineer – Chiclayo** General Information **Position: Civil Engineer** Work Modality: On-site **Location: Paita (mandatory residence)** Reports to: Operations Management / Project Management Position Objective Supervise, coordinate, and execute warehouse renovation and conditioning projects in the city of Chiclayo, ensuring compliance with established technical standards, regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and deadlines. Main Responsibilities * **Supervise renovation works for warehouses and other assigned infrastructure.** * Prepare, review, and update drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and schedules. * **Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure optimal project progress.** * Conduct technical inspections and periodic reports on construction status. * **Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulations.** * Manage materials, equipment, and associated cost control for renovations. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).** * Experience in civil works, renovations, conditioning, or infrastructure. **Proficiency in drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and schedules.** * Knowledge of technical and safety standards. * **Willingness to reside in Paita (mandatory).** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and construction management tools.
