Main Responsibilities: * Manage the restaurant’s overall operations. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the work team. * Ensure compliance with quality, service, and food safety standards. * Monitor sales, cost, productivity, and profitability indicators. * Manage inventory, procurement, and waste control. * Guarantee an excellent experience for our customers. * Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, chicken restaurants, fast-food establishments, or similar sectors. * Proficiency in management indicators (sales, costs, productivity, and personnel). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence in Chiclayo or willingness to work in the city.
