What are the main responsibilities? * Manage technical service requests. * Assign service orders and coordinate with technical staff as required. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing or having completed undergraduate studies in Networks, Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office and customer support applications. * Leadership qualities, strong communication skills, service orientation, dynamism, organization, and teamwork.
