Job Summary: We are seeking kitchen assistants to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, sauce and side dish preparation, and plating at a mining camp. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the chef in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes. 2. Prepare sauces, side dishes, and salads. 3. Perform assigned mise en place and plating. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in airline catering, concessions, retail, and food service, maintenance, and hospitality at remote sites (shift-based system). We are currently recruiting kitchen assistants to work at a mining camp with the following profile: Requirements: Completed secondary education. Certified experience in this position. (Mandatory) Availability to work at a mining camp under a 14x7 shift system. Preference for candidates residing in Moquegua, Tacna, Puno, Arequipa, Cusco, or nearby areas. Responsibilities: Assist the chef and/or head chef in pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and other items. Perform mise en place.
