In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Follow procedures during all activities performed during your shift. * Coordinate and execute sampling and sample preparation tasks under the supervision of the Lead Sampler. * Sample copper and molybdenum shipments according to quality standards established in work procedures. * Collect pulp samples from plant samplers. * Prepare geological samples, adhering to procedures and quality assurance and control requirements at each process stage. * Perform Plant Sample Preparation tasks (Cu and Mo), complying with procedures and quality assurance and control requirements at each process stage. * Conduct moisture tests on copper and molybdenum shipment samples; results have significant implications for operational decisions. * Assist the Lead Sampler in performing equipment controls to ensure proper equipment functionality. * Carry out housekeeping and cleaning activities for materials and operational areas. * Comply with the company’s environmental, health, safety, and quality policies. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering; or Technical Degree in Metallurgy/Chemistry. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of regulations: ISO 17025; ISO 12743; ISO 10251; ISO 11794\. * Driver’s license A1 (minimum 2 years’ validity) or A2B. * Availability to work under an 8X8 work schedule\. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate benefit agreements.
