Coordination of audit procedures DATA ANALYST \- OPERATIONAL CONTROL (TOLLS) Job Description: A highway infrastructure concessionaire seeks a Data Analyst (auditor) to coordinate and conduct audits in toll collection and weight control processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the reliability of operational information. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate adherence to the Audit Department’s procedures. Prepare reports on vehicle traffic flows, tariff collection, and detected anomalies. Review shift settlements at toll plazas and track debit refunds. Report findings and anomalies to the immediate supervisor. Prepare audit reports for weight and measurement control. Report key performance indicators to the Administrative Management and General Management. Support administrative tasks related to the department. Comply with internal regulations, policies, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably within highway concessions. Knowledge of audit processes and regulations. Specialization in auditing is desirable. Cash handling and revenue collection experience. Intermediate-level Office skills and toll software proficiency. Competencies: Judgment and decision-making. Results orientation. Effective communication and customer service. Ability to review and analyze information. Proficiency in sampling tools. Proactivity and teamwork.
