Job Summary: NETaxion is seeking an End-User Support Engineer to ensure operational continuity in the mining industry by installing, inspecting, and maintaining technological systems. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized support for IT and OT infrastructure in mining. 2. End-to-end management of incidents and technical requests. 3. We are currently seeking a: **End-User Support Engineer** **Requirements:** · Degree or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. · Specialization in technical support. · Minimum 3 years of certified experience in end-user support roles. · Knowledge of physical and logical preventive and corrective maintenance of technological components. · Familiarity with computers, hardware and software, printers, tablets, IP telephony, application installation, connectivity concepts, and mining. · Valid driver's license held for more than 2 years. **Responsibilities:** · Installation of operational applications on end-user OT computers. · Daily inspection of the functionality of computers, monitors, and peripherals in the control room. · Physical maintenance (cleaning and general organization) of end-user OT computer systems. · Installation of applications on end-user OT computer systems. · Resolution-oriented management of incidents and requests involving third parties. · Warranty management for end-user OT computers, monitors, tablets, and laptops. · Updating tickets in the SNOW system.
