Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Assistant to support inventory control, organization, and material dispatch, ensuring that inventories are always up to date and available for operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep warehouse stock levels up to date and manage materials. 2. Assist with goods dispatch and ensure order and cleanliness. 3. Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. **Warehouse Assistant** We are looking for a responsible and organized individual for the position of **Warehouse Assistant**. Your mission will be to support inventory control, organization, and material dispatch, ensuring that inventories are always updated and available for company operations. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date **stock levels** across warehouses. * Receive, code, and store materials in accordance with internal procedures. * Prepare and update **Kardex cards**. * Conduct **monthly physical inventories**. * Assist with goods dispatch and maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Completed high school or technical studies in administration or related fields (completed or incomplete). * **Experience:** At least **6 months** of warehouse experience, preferably in construction or road maintenance. * **Knowledge:** * Warehouse management and stock control. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Basic knowledge or familiarity with **warehouse machinery operation**. **Valued Competencies** * Strong communication skills and results orientation. * Organizational ability and customer service orientation. * Responsibility and sound judgment in decision-making. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour and 30-minute lunch break; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Standard employment regime, with all statutory benefits.
