Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Occupational Hygiene Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage operational risks in a challenging environment. Key Highlights: 1. Operational risk management Safety and Occupational Hygiene Engineer, Industrial Engineer \- Licensed and registered with the professional association. **Minimum Experience:** * 5 years of general experience in occupational safety and health. * 3 years of specific experience as SSOMA Manager, SSOMA Supervisor, or SSOMA Coordinator in industrial, electromechanical, mining, energy, or construction projects. **Specific Experience in:** * Mechanical installation and maintenance. * Management of logistics activities and equipment mobilization. * Supervision of pre-operational and operational testing. * Control of high-risk work (heights, lifting, hot work, confined spaces, hazardous energies). * Minor civil works and perimeter fencing (desirable). **Additional Training:** * Diploma or specialization in Occupational Safety and Health. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its regulations. * Training in IPERC, ATS, PETAR, and incident investigation. * Internal auditor certification for ISO 45001 is desirable. **Competencies:** * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Operational risk management. * Coordination with mechanical, logistics, and planning departments. * Preparation of SSOMA reports and indicators.
