




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support financial and inventory management, record transactions, and coordinate with the external accountant. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in recording purchases, sales, and bank reconciliations. 2. Inventory management, Kardex, and stock reports. 3. Collaboration with external accountant and administrative functions. **Accounting Assistant** **Education** * Technical or university degree in Accounting (completed). * Courses in accounting systems, intermediate or advanced Excel, and inventory control. * 1–2 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or warehouse tasks. * Experience coordinating with an external accountant for monthly closing processes. * Desired experience in inventory handling and Kardex control. **Accounting and Administrative Duties** * Recording of purchases, sales, and expenses in the accounting system. * Bank reconciliations and petty cash control. * Handling of accounting documents and physical/digital filing. * Basic knowledge of IGV (VAT), income tax, deductions, and withholdings. **Warehouse and Inventory** * Recording and control of inventories in physical and/or valued Kardex. * Receipt and dispatch of materials, supplies, and finished products. * Physical inventory vs. system reconciliation. * Preparation of stock reports for management and accounting. **Personal Competencies and Values** * Honesty and transparency in handling information, money, and inventories. * Organization and responsibility in accounting records and warehouse management. * Attention to detail and accuracy in document and stock control. * Proactivity and ability to learn in accounting and logistics topics. * Teamwork and clear communication to coordinate with the external accountant and operations area. * Commitment to confidentiality and the company’s ethical values. * **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and organizing accounting documents for submission to the external accountant. * Record accounting transactions in the system or on control sheets. * Maintain up-to-date files of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. * Manage petty cash, reconciliations, and internal reports. * Manage material receipt and dispatch in the warehouse and maintain physical and valued Kardex. * Conduct periodic inventories and report discrepancies. * Provide administrative support for tasks related to corporate management. * Record production reports. * Invoicing and registration per client.
