Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler with experience in mining and civil construction projects, specialized in architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines, and proficient in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks. Key Highlights: 1. BIM modeling experience for civil works and mining projects 2. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks 3. Experience in producing As-Built drawings and quantity takeoffs BIM MODELER \- Mining Project \- Civil Works based in Marcona \- Ica We require 01 BIM Modeler. Requirements:\- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, with certified training in Autodesk Revit.\- Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience for construction and/or building projects, civil works, or mining operations. Experience modeling architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines \- Production of As-Built drawings. \- Quantity takeoffs based on cost items. \- Proper parametrization of BIM elements for information management and control. \- Additional experience as a Reinforcement Steel BIM Modeler is mandatory. Software you must master:\- Autodesk Revit\- Civil 3D\- Navisworks.
