Operations Supervisor - METALMECANICA MARCONA

Job Summary: A leading Metallurgical and Mechanical company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate, plan, and supervise operational processes, resources, and results at the mine. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and management of the operational process 2. Development and dissemination of continuous improvement procedures 3. Performance evaluation of personnel and risk coordination A leading company in the Metallurgical and Mechanical field is seeking (1) Operations Supervisor for its Mine (MARCONA): **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with the Operations Manager on scheduling, directing, controlling, and coordinating the operational process, resources, and results. * Define, together with the Operations Manager, short-, medium-, and long-term plans for the operations area. * Verify compliance with daily, monthly, and annual indicators against the desired progress of each project and/or service requested by the client. * Develop and disseminate procedures and improvements to all workers, assisting in completing aspects that may contribute to continuous improvement of our services. * Prepare Gantt charts for services and/or projects to ensure execution of scheduled activities. * Manage and request inputs required per approved project and/or service by the client. * Provide and deliver EITs, measurements, drawings, machinery, tools, and materials necessary for work execution to assigned personnel; upon task completion, coordinate area organization and cleaning. * Submit daily progress reports on work planning and delivery deadline compliance. * Properly inform the Operations Manager of any potential difficulties, limitations, or issues arising during project execution. * Receive, filter, and distribute product standards, procedures, and/or improvements to assigned personnel and/or third parties, assisting in completing aspects that may contribute to continuous improvement of our services. * Evaluate performance and effectiveness of assigned personnel and/or third parties. * Coordinate with assigned personnel and/or third parties our risk controls and those designated by our client, such as Occupational Health and Safety forms or tools. * Perform duties inherent to the position or other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Operations Director, as well as any self-initiated actions contributing to improved company efficiency. **Requirements:** * Professional Degree: Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields * Valid professional license (Desirable) * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supervisor in the Metallurgical, Mining, and/or Industrial sector (Mandatory) * Proficiency in AutoCAD (Intermediate level) **Benefits:** * Timely monthly salary * Accommodation and travel allowances provided * Travel allowance payment * Formal payroll registration from day one * Pleasant working environment Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.4,000.00 – S/.5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you licensed and authorized?
