Collaborate on challenging and international technology projects Job Description Position Description We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead based in Chile or Peru, specialized in Next.js, React, and Hexagonal Architecture, to participate in technology projects within a dynamic and international environment. The selected candidate will work on designing and developing high-performance web interfaces, ensuring a clean, scalable, and maintainable architecture, in close collaboration with technical and business teams. Your Responsibilities Technically lead a frontend development team primarily using React and Next.js Define and apply Hexagonal Architecture in the frontend to ensure modular, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, UX/UI, product) to integrate frontend solutions with existing services and APIs. Participate in code reviews, define best practices, and continuously improve the frontend codebase. Contribute to the technical design of new features, proposing solutions aligned with the defined architecture. Your Profile 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or in similar roles. Proven experience leading frontend-focused teams. Demonstrable production experience with Next.js. Practical knowledge and application of Hexagonal Architecture or other domain-driven architectures in the frontend. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and excellent communication abilities. Experience working in collaborative environments and agile methodologies.
