Provide close and expert advisory services aligned with the Wow service model to build trust; close sales of BCP products; and conduct timely follow-ups to finalize transactions, retain customers, and drive new business opportunities. How will you make a big impact? Deliver clear and approachable advisory services to customers following the Wow service model to build trust and foster lasting relationships. Offer and sell BCP products according to each customer’s needs. Follow up with customers to ensure their transactions are completed correctly. What do we need from you? University students and/or technical graduates in related fields such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, and Accounting. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or financial product sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. Why join our team?
