Job Summary: Supervise the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment, coordinate maintenance plans, and manage personnel to ensure equipment availability and regulatory compliance. Manage personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations **Requirements** * Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering or related fields * Registered and licensed professional engineer **Experience:** * Minimum **5 years** in related industries * At least **2\-3 years in supervisory positions** * Experience in heavy equipment management **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment * Coordinate and monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans * Ensure equipment availability and reliability * Manage assigned personnel (shifts, performance, training) * Verify compliance with safety and environmental regulations * Prepare daily/weekly technical and operational reports * Coordinate with other departments (operations, logistics, safety) **Benefits** * Full payroll registration * Accommodation and meals provided * 21\*7 work schedule * Monthly payments Salary: Up to S/.5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
