Excellent work environment Production Assistant – Marcona, Ica Job Description A well-established company specializing in the development, manufacturing, marketing, and servicing of valves and bolts is seeking a **Production Assistant** to join its team in **Marcona, Ica**. We seek committed, responsible individuals eager to develop their careers in the industrial sector. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a production assistant, operator, plant assistant, metal-mechanical worker, or similar position (preferred). * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools (preferred). * Ability to perform physical and operational tasks. * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to work in a team. * Must reside in Marcona, Nazca, or nearby areas (mandatory). Responsibilities * Assist in valve and bolt manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance processes. * Prepare materials, tools, and supplies for production. * Perform material loading, unloading, and internal plant transportation. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with the company’s established safety, quality, and production procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
