Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE Engineer to supervise and ensure compliance with safety standards at the MARCOBRE Mining Unit project. Key Highlights: 1. Lead HSE supervision at the MARCOBRE mining project. 2. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment procedures. 3. Carry out HSE management aligned with Boroo and internal regulations. We are experiencing continuous growth and seek an HSE Engineer (Health, Safety, and Environment) to join our team for a project to be executed at the MARCOBRE Mining Unit, supervising and ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout project execution. Responsibilities: * Supervise the execution of work activities during operations at the MARCOBRE Mining Unit. * Verify compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment procedures before, during, and after task execution. * Conduct Safety, Health, and Environment management aligned with Boroo’s guidelines. * Verify and ensure proper use of PPE by personnel. * Document Safety, Health, and Environment activities during Boroo mine operations. * Identify and report unsafe conditions and acts, and implement corrective measures. * Ensure proper management of waste and hazardous chemicals during operations. * Conduct on-site safety talks and training sessions. * Coordinate with the MINING UNIT’s PREVENTION department to align with its internal regulations. * Prepare daily HSE reports for immediate supervisor and participate in project safety meetings. * Compile the operational DOSSIER upon completion of services at MARCOBRE. **Requirements:** * Licensed engineer, registered with the Professional Engineers’ Association (CIP), and duly authorized. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE supervision roles, preferably in mining or industrial operations. * Accredited by ISEM for entry and work at the mining unit (mandatory). * Knowledge of waste management, hazardous chemicals, specialized PPE usage, and work permits.
