Proficiency in recruitment platforms A maritime industry company is currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR Assistant. **Requirements**: \-Gender: Female \-Age: Between 25 and 40 \-Graduate of Technical Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related fields. \-Intermediate-level Office software skills (minimum) \-Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency \-Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant \-Availability to work Monday through Friday on-site in the district of San Borja, from 9 AM to 6 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) \-Knowledge in: HR Management (essential) Accounting (desirable) **Responsibilities**: \-Online and/or on-site document management. \-Tracking and updating: records, reports, and management-requested documents. \-Subsidy tracking \- Essalud \- Must have experience handling PLAME, SUNAFIL, personnel recruitment platforms, among others. \-Management of attendance records, vacation schedules, memoranda, and other department-related documents. \-Support in other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. \-Number of vacancies: 01 \-Immediate hiring.
