Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and manage daily operations, personnel, and reporting in the mining sector, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of personnel and operations. 2. Safety, environmental, and waste management. 3. Preparation of reports and coordination with clients. \- Coordinate daily work assignments with personnel. \- Conduct the five-minute safety talk together with safety personnel. \- Coordinate as needed with the client’s supervisors. \- Mobilize personnel and assign them to specific work locations. \- Directly supervise personnel already deployed. \- Coordinate with the client in cases of non-conformance regarding performed operations. \- Routinely submit safety management forms: Iperc and Racks for the Crusher operation. \- Prepare required reports for submission to the client. \- Lead and coordinate industrial cleaning, structural cleaning, railing cleaning, and mineral spill cleanup. \- Coordinate with the client’s management team on loading and bathing operations. \- Submit a weekly general report on assigned operations. \- Plan and coordinate next week’s operational tasks for the Effluent operation. \- Submit waste disposal forms to each relevant department. \- Coordinate with the client’s environmental department on support matters (e.g., waste collection) for the Effluent operation. \- Support quotation preparation. \- Assign tasks to personnel. \- Request materials, supplies, tools, and PPE. \- Review valuations and track monthly cleaning control, specifically for loading and bathing operations. \- Send relevant emails to the client regarding certifications and official documents. \- Submit valuations for required signatures and subsequent invoicing for the loading operation. \- Comply with internal company policies as stipulated in the Internal Work Regulations. \- Comply with Megapack Trading’s SSMA standards. \- Attend Safety Talks. \- Ensure personal safety, the safety of others, and the integrity of work tools; promptly report any hazardous situations to the immediate supervisor. \- Maintain confidentiality of all information handled within the area. Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** Graduate and licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Occupational Safety and Environmental Management, Agroindustrial Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, or related sectors. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 standards. Driver’s license: AIIB (Desirable) Submit CV to the email address provided. Salary: Starting from S/.2,500.00 per month.
