**JOB POSTING: OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR – 2 LOCATIONS** At Bodyhelp, an expanding boutique physiotherapy center, we are seeking a versatile professional to assume **Administrative Coordination** for our locations in **Surco and Miraflores**. We seek someone with strong organizational skills, process control abilities, and leadership. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * **Education:** Technical or University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year supervising physical locations, retail stores, or service centers (Experience managing cash handling and personnel is mandatory). * **Availability:** To work on-site, rotating between Surco and Miraflores according to schedule. * **Competencies:** Obsession with order, Excel proficiency (reporting), management software knowledge, and firm character to enforce protocols. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (FUNCTIONS):** * **Multi-site Supervision:** Ensure both locations operate under identical standards of cleanliness, order, and image. * **HR Management:** Monitor attendance, schedules, and tardiness across both locations. * **Centralized Treasury:** Daily cash reconciliation, supplier payment processing, and operational expense control. * **Logistics:** Ensure consistent supply of materials at both locations (nothing must ever run out). * **Reporting:** Submit weekly operational balance reports to General Management. **CONDITIONS:** * **Salary:** S/. 1,800 monthly. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM / Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * **Location:** Rotating between Santiago de Surco and Miraflores. * Stable employment opportunity within a growing company. **HOW TO APPLY:** Send your CV via WhatsApp to **978844179**, with subject line: **ADMIN 2 LOCATIONS**.
