Positive work environment **WELDING ASSISTANT** We are currently seeking 01 highly trained Welding Assistant to join our team committed to quality and safety. **Requirements:** * Completed primary and secondary education. * Technical qualification in Welding or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in welding and assembly of metal structures. * Availability to work in Callao and travel to other locations. * Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for precise welding. * Experience working at heights. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in executing welding and assembly tasks for metal structures. * Support maintenance and repair of existing metal structures. * Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding, among others). * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks, such as handling metal parts and operating heavy tools. **We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly payments. * 60% food allowance coverage. * Career path opportunity. * Positive work environment. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
