Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire personnel lifecycle, from recruitment through payroll processing and organizational development. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for staff training, development, and evaluation DISTRIBUIDORA PERFOMAQ EIRL, a leading retail company in the Province of Nasca, is searching for top talent to fill the position of **Human Resources Manager:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * End-to-end management of recruitment and personnel selection, including onboarding processes to ensure proper integration of each company talent. * Ensures staff training and development, as well as accurate performance evaluations. * Promotes a healthy work environment and reinforces organizational culture among all employees. * Calculates and prepares payroll from inception, including managing hires and terminations via T\-REGISTRO, settlements, social benefits, SUNAT declarations through PDT PLAME, ESSALUD platform subsidies, etc. * Guarantees compliance with all company policies and current regulations. * Provides support by responding to SUNAFIL mailbox inquiries within established deadlines. * Manages renewal of statutory Life Insurance and SCTR insurance for employees. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Psychology with a focus on Human Resources. * Certified Human Resources diploma and payroll preparation training. * Minimum 1 year of experience working in Human Resources (certified). * Must reside in Nasca or Vista Alegre. * Competencies such as empathy, teamwork, persuasion, and analytical ability. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of S/.2000 * Opportunity to join the formal payroll system * Career path (professional growth within the company) * Corporate discounts at gyms, supermarkets, etc. * Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many months or years of experience do you have in Human Resources? * Please summarize the responsibilities you have performed in Human Resources. * Please provide your contact number to schedule an interview.
