Job Summary: Design, implement, and optimize data infrastructure and communication channels for fleet management and fatigue management systems, ensuring information integration and availability. Collaboration with technical teams and data analysts. **Job Objective:** Design, implement, and optimize the data infrastructure and communication channels of the Mine Operations Fleet Management System and Fatigue Management Systems, ensuring proper integration, storage, and availability of information through the use of data processing and storage tools, to guarantee efficiency in processing large volumes of data and timely delivery of information for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop data pipelines enabling efficient integration, processing, and storage of large volumes of data. * Implement and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring database system availability, security, and scalability. * Optimize databases and storage systems. * Collaborate with data analysts and other technical teams. * Monitor and ensure data quality, implementing mechanisms for error or inconsistency detection and correction. * Develop and apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to prepare data from diverse sources. * Document technical processes, data architectures, and access and security policies. * Comply with internal mine procedures, policies, and standards to fulfill the role’s functions and responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Mining Engineering, Systems and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Certification in SQL, Power BI, Azure, APIs, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles or responsibilities. * Advanced proficiency in Database (SQL Server) (mandatory). * Advanced report generation using SQL Server Reporting Services. * Intermediate proficiency in programming and analytical languages (Java, Python). * Cloud storage (Azure). * Advanced proficiency in BI tools (MS Power BI). * Intermediate proficiency in SAP. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office is mandatory: MS Excel (databases / pivot tables / macros), MS Word (document authoring), MS PowerPoint (high-impact presentations with thinkcell graphics). * **Knowledge in:** * Mine Operations processes. * Mine Fleet Management Systems (Dispatch, ProVision, etc.) and Fatigue Management Systems. * Advanced knowledge in database design and modeling. * Experience in developing and optimizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) data processes. * Techniques to improve database performance, such as indexing, partitioning, and query tuning. Salary: Starting from S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
