Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler for mining and civil engineering projects, with experience in modeling across various disciplines and quantity take-off. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BIM modeling for construction, buildings and mining. 2. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks. 3. Essential experience in BIM reinforcement steel modeling. BIM MODELER – Mining Project – Civil Engineering Projects based in Marcona – Ica We require 01 BIM Modeler/Modeler. Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, with certified courses in Autodesk Revit. – Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction and/or buildings, civil engineering works, or mining. Experience in modeling the following disciplines: Architecture, Structures and MEP. – Preparation of As-Built drawings. – Quantity take-off according to cost items. – Proper parametrization of BIM elements for information management and control. – Additional experience as a BIM Reinforcement Steel Modeler. (Mandatory) Software you must master: – Autodesk Revit – Civil 3D – Navisworks.
