Professional development and growth opportunities Job description Job Description We are looking for a Senior Back\-end Developer, based in Chile or Peru, to join our international technology projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable Golang solutions, applying hexagonal architecture and best practices in Back End Development within complex, high-performance environments. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams (functional, front\-end, QA, DevOps) to build and integrate services and APIs supporting critical business applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. Your Responsibilities Design and develop back\-end components and services using Golang, following hexagonal architecture principles (layer separation, ports and adapters, testability). Implement and maintain APIs and microservices, ensuring their performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, standard definition, and continuous improvement of development practices. Contribute to the technical architecture design of projects by proposing improvements and optimizations. Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and sound development practices. Your Profile +3 years of experience using Golang. Solid Back End Development experience, with focus on service design, APIs, and complex business logic. Practical experience applying hexagonal architecture or other clean architectures (clean/DDD), with ability to design decoupled and easily testable solutions. Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and strong communication abilities with both technical and business teams.
