**Description** A leading company in the Mining sector is seeking a Process Manager to manage and control metallurgical operations at the mineral processing plant, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and environmental objectives through efficient supervision and continuous process improvement. **Functions:** 1\. Plan and coordinate mineral processing activities across all stages (crushing, grinding, flotation, etc.), ensuring operational continuity and metallurgical efficiency. 2\. Monitor and ensure achievement of recovery targets, concentrate grades, and scheduled tonnages according to established production goals. 3\. Supervise the concentrator plant’s daily operations, continuously tracking key metallurgical indicators and proposing improvement actions. 4\. Effectively coordinate with maintenance, laboratory, and quality control departments to ensure integrated and efficient operations. 5\. Identify, propose, and implement technical and operational improvements aimed at optimizing productivity, maximizing recovery, and reducing operating costs. 6\. Ensure strict compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and procedures. 7\. Supervise and verify the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on plant equipment. 8\. Actively participate in the evaluation, development, and implementation of technological upgrades, expansion projects, and process optimization initiatives. 9\. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, ensuring process traceability and data reliability. 10\.
