Opportunity to work in the engineering sector An engineering company is currently looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and control of vouchers (invoices, service receipts, etc.). * Preparation of payment orders (services and purchases). * Support in billing and reconciliations. * Review and support in payroll control. * Management and updating of databases. * Document filing and record control. * General support in administrative and accounting tasks. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organization, responsibility, confidentiality, and proactivity.
