**JOB OPENING / RIGGER**
Location: Talara El Alto
Work Mode: On-site

We are looking for a Rigger responsible for planning, directing, and supervising lifting operations, ensuring safe operations and strict adherence to established safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and supervise lifting operations in accordance with the work plan.
* Interpret engineering drawings, load charts, and operating radii.
* Select and verify correct use of slings, shackles, and other lifting accessories.
* Coordinate and direct lifting operations with crane operators using standardized hand signals.
* Verify safety conditions of the work area before and during each lifting operation.
* Prepare and validate work permits and risk assessments (ATS/IPERC).
* Halt any lifting operation posing a risk to personnel or equipment.
* Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards.
Requirements:
* Completed secondary education (technical training preferred).
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger in the hydrocarbons, mining, or industrial construction sectors.
* Valid Rigger certification (mandatory).
* Knowledge of critical lifting operations and preparation of lifting plans.
* Proficiency in standardized lifting hand signals.
* Availability for on-site work and travel as required by operational needs.
