We are looking for our next **Treasury \& Collections Manager**, who will play a key role in achieving EFCF financial targets, ensuring liquidity, optimizing the use of financial resources (available cash, investments, and operations), minimizing the cost of capital (debt \& fund management), anticipating and managing risks (e.g., interest rate fluctuations or macroeconomic changes), and controlling and monitoring cash flows (cash inflows and outflows, cash position). **Main Purpose:** You will be responsible for managing and controlling Tigo El Salvador's liquidity, ensuring compliance with the financial and strategic guidelines established by Millicom (MIC). Your role will be crucial in monitoring and achieving EFCF (Equity Free Cash Flow) targets, driving efficiency initiatives and improvements in treasury and collections processes in line with corporate policies.
