Calculate, account for, and settle accruals related to Payrolls, Taxes, Union Dues, Meal Vouchers, Annual Benefits (Bonuses, vacations, vacation premiums), and others. Process, record, and report employee hires, terminations, and/or modifications in payroll systems by validating documentation signed or provided by employees. Deliver monthly closing analyses (expenses and balances) of vacations, overtime, payroll incidents, and hours worked through requested reports to verify shared information in various indicators and audits. Address employee/government authority and/or payment beneficiary inquiries, questions, and/or complaints arising from salary processing and payments to ensure accurate information is provided to each party.
