This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** SSC Payment Analyst ✨ **Join our team and help transform financial processes!** If you are passionate about efficiency and analysis, **we want to meet you.** **We are looking for an** **SSC Payment Analyst.** We are seeking talent with experience in **payments** to support operations and ensure quality in **back-office** services. **Location:** El Salvador **Primary Purpose:** Provide support in executing activities and projects related to payment processing for operations within the Shared Services Center, as well as generating and analyzing performance metrics for monthly closing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute scheduled payments to countries under the SSC’s scope on time, using SAP and Oracle EBS. * Responsible for completing assigned projects within the established timeframe. * Support preparation of documentation required by auditors. * Analyze opportunities for improvement in current payment processes. * Meet SLAs established for each payment process. * Support preparation and analysis of metrics to enhance operational visibility. * Maintain a high level of satisfaction with operations. * Handle tickets. * Execute payments according to assigned segregation. * Support testing required for system migrations or new system implementations. * Address supplier inquiries. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in** Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic technical knowledge or **prior experience in the Payments area.** * Prior experience in roles within **finance or accounting departments.** * Strong understanding of procedures and concepts specific to the technical or functional area, as well as general knowledge of other areas impacting payment processes. * Proficiency in **EBS / SAP – Payments Module.** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office.** * **Analytical skills.** * Strong communication skills. * Excellent **interpersonal skills.** * Customer-centric **focus.** **Apply now and be part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
