The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead cross\-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining focus on delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage end\-to\-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives. * Use **Jira** to manage sprint boards, track progress, create dashboards, and generate project reports. * Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and timelines. * Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and reporting artifacts. * Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies across teams. * Communicate clearly with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Provide timely project updates and maintain alignment with business objectives. * Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities, teams, or timelines. ### **Qualifications:** * **3–7 years of Project Management experience**, preferably in a technology or software development environment. * **Certified Scrum Master (CSM)** or equivalent Agile certification. * Proven experience using **Jira** for project and sprint management. * Strong technical aptitude – able to engage in discussions on architecture, APIs, databases, or cloud environments. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing distributed or offshore teams. * Familiarity with Confluence, Bitbucket, or other Atlassian tools. * Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps processes is an advantage. * PMP certification is a plus. **What’s in it for you:** * Private medical and life insurance from day one. * Budget for professional growth (certifications, training). * Schedule flexibility and work\-life balance. * Extra performance\-based bonuses.
