Participation in operational tasks and system management. **Role Objective:** Support processes related to the management of your area, ensuring they are carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive support in controlling and monitoring operational timelines, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions to optimize operational process efficiency and effectiveness. * Support logistics for equipment transfer to operations by properly managing required documentation. * Assist in administrative processes related to operations personnel, ensuring their proper management. * Actively collaborate in managing Enaex’s training programs for operations personnel. * Actively participate in training sessions and operational task execution, as well as in managing the electronic initiation system. * Support project management within your area, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions to achieve established value-generation objectives. * Effectively perform tasks assigned by your supervisor, following instructions and established requirements, and assuming necessary leadership and responsibility to carry out corresponding actions when required. * Prepare periodic reports with key indicators and relevant statistics to continuously monitor results achieved in the area. **Requirements:** Desirable: 6 months’ experience in blasting. Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
