Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding handling requests and complaints, as well as all matters related to Market Conduct and regulations from regulatory bodies. * Control of documentation generated at the office, ensure daily submission and correct completion of all documentary processes. Replace the office manager in case of absence. **Requirements:** Minimum one year of experience in leadership roles within financial institutions. Minimum one year of experience in cash opening and closing, reconciliations, and cash handling. Knowledge of policies and regulations issued by regulatory authorities. **University Degree:** Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering.
