Provides first aid and other basic medical treatments as needed.**Key responsibilities:** Provides clinic services for all team members seeking basic medical assistance (i.e. disbursement of basic medicines and medical procedures), gives appropriate emergency or first\-aid management to patients on any medical condition or work\-related trauma case. Refers any medical/emergency case to a higher healthcare facility, and develops adequate health and wellness programs. Provides recommendations on Wellness activities as preventive measures or to address health\-related concerns based on the medical cases recorded.
