The ideal candidate has a **strong background in software development, Agile methodologies, PMI standards, and budget management**. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality solutions on time and within budget. ### **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage **IT projects** from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Apply **PMI project management principles** to define project scope, schedule, and deliverables. * Oversee **budget management**, ensuring project costs remain within approved allocations. * Collaborate with **software development teams** to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs. * Implement and promote **Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)** for project execution. * Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution. * Coordinate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. * Ensure compliance with **IT governance, security, and best practices**. * Utilize project management tools like **JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello**. * Conduct **post\-project reviews** to assess success metrics and lessons learned. ### **Requirements:** * **Experience** as an **IT Project Manager**. * Strong understanding of **software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies**. * Experience with **project management standards and best practices**. * Proven track record of **budget planning and financial tracking** in IT projects. * Hands\-on experience managing **technical teams and software projects**. * Strong problem\-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency with **project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello)**. * **English Level: B1 high or above \- Mandatory**. ### **Desirable Certifications:** * **Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI**. * **Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA)**. * **ITIL Foundation Certification** for IT service management. ### **Desirable Skills:** * Experience with **cloud\-based project management (AWS, Azure, GCP)**. * Knowledge of **DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management**. ### **What’s in it for you** * Private medical and life insurance from day one. * Budget for professional growth (certifications, training). * Schedule flexibility and work\-life balance. * Extra performance\-based bonuses.
