Join the program that boosts your talent from day one.** **We are looking for an intern: Device Assurance Intern** **Project duration: 6 months** **Location: Campus Tigo \| Tuscania \| El Salvador** **General Objective:** Ensure the proper quality and network integration of devices used in our network, such as TV set-top boxes, cable modems, ONTs, signal extenders, etc., so they deliver the expected technical performance according to their specifications, contributing to improving the customer experience with our service across all business units and technologies. **Responsibilities** : * Contribute to the proper execution of technical testing processes for mobile and fixed devices, ensuring constant communication with relevant internal departments. * Contribute to the correct measurement of SLAs and execution of contracts with third parties regarding refurbished and/or vendor services for incoming batches of mobile and residential devices to be inventoried and distributed accordingly. * Support certification testing of devices required for local projects within scope, as well as resolving any technical issues identified. * Contribute to continuous improvement processes and equipment reviews (quality check \& remanufacturing) to ensure device quality. * Contribute to processes preparing metrics and reports on the technical performance of devices. * Contribute to continuous improvement processes for fixed device performance within customer residences to enhance customer satisfaction. * Contribute to reviewing the impact of residential device issues affecting customers, analyzing variables to provide root-cause solutions. **Requirements:** **Student in** 4th \- 5th year of Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields **Data Analysis** **Data analysis** and problem-solving skills **Teamwork** and motivation **Goal orientation** **Critical thinking** Desirable knowledge in: ✅ **Quality Processes** and best practices **Lean Management**, **Six Sigma** and other methodologies **Telecommunications** Fixed and mobile devices *(STBs, ONTs, Smartphones, POS)* **Apply now and be part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#Internship \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecommunications** **\#ProfessionalGrowth** Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
