This person will serve as the central link between the artistic vision and the professional execution of our activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Hiring and Partnerships:** Establish contact with production companies, festival promoters, entertainment companies, and record labels. Negotiate contracts and fees. * **Strategic Management:** Plan productions, performances, recordings, and other commitments.
