




Mission or Objective: Execute field activities related to charging and preparing initiation of underground blasting (faces and slices), ensuring the correct use of explosives and blasting accessories, thereby guaranteeing safe, efficient blasting in accordance with internal procedures, Enaex standards, and current regulations. Functions: * Immediately address any deviation or failure detected in blasting accessories during charging or connection. * Ensure that connections of detonators, detonating cord, assembled detonators, and quick match are performed in accordance with corporate procedures and Enaex technical standards. * Verify the correct sequence, continuity, and length of the initiation system prior to loading and firing. * Coordinate with the client’s and Enaex’s supervisors to ensure proper connections according to the blasting design. * Carry out field connection of the blasting initiation system, adhering to operational timeframes established by the client and supervision. Requirements * Minimum one year of experience in underground blasting processes. * Completed secondary education. * Proficiency in handling blasting accessories and initiation systems. * National regulations concerning explosives and blasting accessories. * Procedures for locking out, signage, and control of blasting areas.
