Currently, we are looking for the best talent to take on the role of Customer Service Advisor at a Call Center. WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR? * Minimum of 3 months of work experience in customer service at a Call Center * Committed, responsible, tolerant, dynamic, and proactive. * Excellent diction and formal communication skills. * Full availability. * Basic Excel and CRM handling skills. * Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including rotating days off. * 100% onsite work location in Santiago de Surco. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Provide customer service via phone calls and CHATS. * CRM data entry. * Meeting daily performance targets.
