**About the Role** We are currently hiring remote **Healthcare Assistants** on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate should be **fluent in both** **Spanish and English**, has prior experience in the healthcare sector, and excels in coordinating care services. This is a **fully remote, full\-time** opportunity for individuals who are organized, responsive, and dedicated to supporting patients and caregivers alike. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and assign caregivers or nurses to open shifts. * Reach out to clients and previously onboarded individuals to discuss care plans or shift needs. * Respond promptly to emergency requests and ensure timely caregiver placement. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shift coordination. * Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with clients, caregivers, and internal teams. **Requirements** * **Bilingual proficiency** in Spanish and English (written and verbal). * Previous experience in a healthcare setting is **highly preferred**. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities. * Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. * Availability to work during assigned hours, including occasional weekends. **Location:** Fully Remote. **Pay:** $7 per hour **Work Hours:** 40 hours/week **Time Zone:** Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) **Available Work Schedules:** + **Weekdays:** 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM EDT (Shifts will be assigned within this range) + **Weekends:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT (as scheduled).
