Position: Accounting and Finance Assistant We are a company specialized in implementing Technology Infrastructure Projects, with nationwide presence and continuous growth. Job Description: The Accounting and Finance Assistant will be responsible for executing and supporting the company’s accounting, financial, and treasury processes, ensuring accurate transaction recording, cash flow control, and tax compliance. Additionally, they will provide support in managing relationships with financial institutions and coordinating with the external accountant. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare basic financial reports (cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable). * Record payments and accounting transactions. * Issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. * Manage tax retention payments and tax obligations. * Issue professional service receipts. * Coordinate and submit documentation to the external accountant and request financial statements. * Manage financial procedures (checks, promissory notes, letters of guarantee, bills of exchange). * Evaluate credit lines and manage factoring. * Coordinate working capital requests with financial institutions. * Verify fund availability and manage AFP payments. * Review the list of tax retentions and prioritize urgent payments. * Cost evaluation. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and financial functions. * Knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software. * Experience managing relationships with financial institutions (preferred). * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
