JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist in the solar sector to join our team. We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience, passionate about photovoltaic energy and committed to excellence in every solar project we undertake. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our solar projects comply with the highest quality standards, applicable regulations, and required technical specifications. Your role will be critical in guaranteeing the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our photovoltaic installations, directly contributing to the success and reputation of Eosol Group. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and audit quality processes across all phases of solar projects—from design and manufacturing through installation and commissioning. * Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans specific to photovoltaic projects. * Conduct field and factory quality inspections and tests to verify compliance with standards and specifications. * Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure quality integration across all activities. * Prepare detailed quality reports documenting findings, actions taken, and outcomes achieved. * Ensure compliance with applicable national and international technical regulations for the photovoltaic sector. * Manage quality-related documentation, including procedures, records, and certificates. * Participate in supplier and subcontractor selection and evaluation, ensuring they meet quality requirements. * Promote a quality culture within the organization, fostering continuous improvement. * Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in quality management and solar energy. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in quality roles, preferably in renewable energy or photovoltaic sectors. * Solid knowledge of quality management principles (e.g., ISO 9001). * Experience in developing and implementing quality control plans. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulations. * Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and audits. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in quality management (e.g., Internal Auditor, External Auditor). * Knowledge of solar-specific regulations (e.g., IEC, UL). * Experience with project management tools. * Familiarity with photovoltaic design or simulation software. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
