Opportunity to identify and propose efficiency-based solutions. **Industrial Engineering Intern \- Human Resources** We are looking for a **Pre-professional Industrial Engineering Intern** to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will not only provide operational support but also serve as a key contributor in measuring indicators, mapping workflows, and designing efficient solutions to improve our collaborators' experience. We seek an analytical, proactive individual with a strong orientation toward continuous improvement. **MODALITY: REMOTE** **Main Responsibilities** * **Process Mapping and Optimization:** Support the design, documentation, and updating of departmental workflows (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, etc.). * **Indicator Management (KPIs):** Collaborate in data collection and development of dashboards to measure turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, and training effectiveness. * **Compensation and Structure Support:** Assist in salary equity analysis, departmental budget control, and job profile updates. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks in recruitment processes and propose efficiency-oriented solutions. * **Task Automation:** Identify opportunities to improve daily departmental tasks using digital tools and smart templates. * **Administrative Support:** Provide assistance in managing personnel databases and internal communications. **Requirements** * **Education:** Currently enrolled university student in **Industrial Engineering**, from the 7th semester onward. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel at basic/intermediate level**. * **Competencies:** Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent assertive communication skills. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Interest in process management, agile methodologies, or Lean Office.
