Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Intern in Continuous Improvement with passion and ingenuity to support the optimization and documentation of operational processes at our plant. We are looking for a **PROFESSIONAL INTERN IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** **On-site Mode \- Ica** **Responsibilities:** * Support the collection of information on internal operational processes at the plant and with involved departments to understand the current workflow. * Support the diagramming and documentation of flowcharts, matrices, procedures, and process instructions, ensuring orderly and up-to-date information. * Collaborate in identifying bottlenecks, rework, or improvement opportunities within Hermética’s operational processes. * Provide support in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement tools, especially the 5S methodology at the plant. * Support the development and updating of management indicators, operational reports, and controls for tracking progress. * Support coordination with Operations, Quality, and user departments for information gathering and document validation. * Participate in proposing improvement alternatives aimed at standardizing and organizing internal processes. * Other tasks as required by your direct supervisor. . **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. * 3 to 6 months of experience in internships or academic projects related to process improvement, quality, or operations. * Basic courses in process management. * Basic process diagramming and documentation. * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, the 5S methodology, and management indicators. * Basic/intermediate ability to develop matrices, flowcharts, and follow-up reports. * Desired familiarity with identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in operational processes. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Proficiency in AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT). * Power BI \- Basic (Desirable) **Benefits:** * SCTR and VL. * Ongoing training. * Benefits via the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career path.
