Job Summary: A professional to lead technical supervision of construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical documentation, regulations, and execution quality. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate with the technical team and project stakeholders **Construction Supervision Manager** A professionally licensed Civil Engineer and/or Architect, registered and authorized to practice, with a minimum of **60 months of experience since registration**, is required. The candidate must demonstrate proven experience as a **Construction Supervisor, Inspector, Construction Supervision Manager, and/or Resident Engineer**, or a combination thereof, in inspection, supervision, or execution of construction works. Relevant experience must involve educational building projects, sports facilities or venues, research laboratories, science, technology and innovation centers, technology transfer centers, buildings for basic, higher, technical, technical-productive or high-performance education, as well as high-performance sports facilities, stadiums, coliseums, recreational facilities, and related constructions. Also considered relevant are laboratory or testing center buildings, municipal buildings, and recreational centers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead technical supervision of the construction project. * Verify compliance with technical documentation, schedule, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with the technical team and other project stakeholders. * Review reports, progress updates, valuations, and technical documentation. * Identify observations, risks, or deviations during execution. * Ensure quality and proper execution of works.
