Resolve operational contingencies and promote team development DESCRIPTION **Job Objective** Supervise and monitor the execution of the harvesting process, ensuring compliance with the operational plan, quality, productivity, food safety, and safety standards. Additionally, lead and supervise the management of Harvest Supervisors, guaranteeing adherence to internal procedures and contributing to the achievement of departmental operational objectives. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily execution of harvesting operations, verifying compliance with the established schedule and promptly managing deviations. * Lead and monitor the performance of Harvest Supervisors, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures, guidelines, and standards. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Transportation, and Packing departments to ensure continuity and efficiency of harvesting operations. * Monitor compliance with productivity, performance, and quality indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, promoting proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a prevention-oriented culture. * Verify correct allocation and utilization of human, material, and equipment resources during operations. * Ensure compliance with company-established operational procedures, quality standards, and food safety requirements. * Prepare and present management reports, key performance indicators, and operational progress updates, promptly reporting incidents and improvement opportunities. * Resolve operational contingencies by making timely decisions that minimize impact on harvesting schedule compliance. * Promote development, training, and performance of the supervisory team under direct responsibility. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Experience leading field agricultural operations teams, preferably in harvesting. * Knowledge of harvesting processes, productivity, quality, safety, and good agricultural practices. * Proactive professional with results orientation and strong execution capability. * Ability to make timely decisions and resolve operational problems. * Leadership, planning, organization, and follow-up skills. * Willingness to work in the field (Ica)
