We are looking for an Automotive Mechanical Technician who stands out for technical precision, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring high-quality standards. * Use the scanner for diagnostics. * Conduct technical diagnostics using modern tools and equipment. * Organize and prioritize work orders to ensure optimal delivery times. * Supervise and guide the technical team on procedures, best practices, and safety. * Participate in complex repairs and provide technical support when required. * Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. * Prevent recurring failures and minimize rework through appropriate case-by-case analysis. **Requirements** * Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). * At least 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or technician. * Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating or leading teams. * Proficiency in communication, leadership, and goal-oriented work. * Knowledge of Japanese and Korean vehicles (preferred). * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics or Automotive Engineering. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Recognition programs and team-building activities. * A stable work environment with opportunities for professional development.
